The Environmental Abatement Council of Canada was originally formed as a contractor based organization and has now grown to represent contractors, consultants, engineers, suppliers, government officials and other industry stakeholders for the betterment of the abatement and hazardous materials industry.

News: EACC Members Contribute to CSA Asbestos Report
EACC members provided input to researchers hired by the CSA Group to explore potential gaps and best practices in asbestos management in Canada and to determine if there is a need for the development of a national standard.
The CSA Asbestos report is now available on their website.
Best Practices for the Abatement and Hazardous Material Industry
EACC develops industry guidelines to educate and inform stakeholders on safety, preventive measures, meeting responsibilities under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, proper assessment and remediation and more.
